LONI WOODLEY

Loni Woodley, CPA, is the Managing Partner of ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PLLC, an ATLAS Navigators, LLC Firm.  Loni grew up in Iowa, developing strong work ethics in a small-town farming community.  He graduated from the University of Northern Iowa and passed the CPA exam just after graduation.  Loni started his career in public accounting with McGladery & Pullen in Iowa City, IA.  Loni then spent time as a CFO for a few private companies located in Iowa, and then a large public reporting company located in Oklahoma.  In 2010, he became the founder and Partner of the first ATLAS locations in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

One location quickly grew into two, which quickly grew to now more than 25 locations fifteen years later, through successful mergers and acquisitions.  Throughout his years in public accounting, Loni has honed his skills in audit, tax and accounting, mergers and acquisitions, leadership development, and building the culture of ATLAS.  With his Partners and key team members, they have transformed ATLAS to what it is today – a small firm feel, with big firm resources.

ATLAS is now focused on the greater need of its clients – that of being a true advisory and consultative partner to help them steady their day-to-day operations while focusing on the big picture.  The promise of ATLAS to its clients is to give their business the same attention they do.  The firm was built around the motto, Advisors That Listen And Serve (ATLAS.)

Loni, with his wife, Robyn, reside in Tulsa, Oklahoma and have two grown children and two grandchildren.  He enjoys all sporting activities, being a private pilot, and spending time traveling with Robyn.
