Department of Labor: Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA)

In response to the adjustments employees and employers are continuing to make because of COVID-19, the Department of Labor has put out information about Employee Rights under the new Families First Coronavirus Response Act (FFCRA). Below is a link to that information.

This poster details requirements and qualifications around employers providing employees with paid sick leave and expanded family and medical leave for reasons related to COVID-19. This information is required to be shared with all employees and should be posted for all to access. We will continue to monitor this subject and update you via email and here.
