Metzger, Klawon & Fox PLC Announces Merger with ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PLLC an ATLAS Navigators LLC Firm

Local full-service accounting firm Metzger, Klawon & Fox PLC has recently announced their merger with ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PLLC (ATLAS), an accounting and consulting firm with locations across Arizona, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Wyoming and Texas.

The professionals at ATLAS provide high-value tax, audit, accounting and business advisory services to their clients. ATLAS has experience in a wide range of other fields, making additional resources and expertise now available to the new Tucson location and team. ATLAS has expanded into the Tucson area but is not new to Arizona with 3 locations in the Phoenix area already.

Now ATLAS Partner, Mark Metzger, CPA, said, “I have joined ATLAS as a Partner and will continue to be part of managing our local operations along with the same wonderful team members.”

Now ATLAS Director, Kit Fox, CPA said, “Our goal is to continue providing high-quality services and we are convinced, with these additional resources, we will be able to expand the areas of services we provide.”

ATLAS is an acronym for Advisors That Listen And Serve. Managing Partner Loni Woodley, CPA said, “That name was chosen because of our commitment to the relationship we have with our clients and combining resources under a single umbrella allows us to establish a regional identity.”

Metzger, Klawon & Fox will now operate under the name ATLAS – Tucson as they are now part of the ATLAS family of firms. ATLAS Navigators, LLC is the parent company over all ATLAS service lines.
