Local CPA Firm, Crippen & Associates, Announces Merger with ATLAS CPAs & Advisors, An ATLAS Navigators, LLC Firm

Full-service accounting firm, Crippen & Associates, with two locations based in Marysville and Colusa, California has recently announced their merger with ATLAS CPAs & Advisors PC, an ATLAS Navigators, LLC Firm (ATLAS.)  ATLAS is a tax, accounting, and advisory firm with locations across Arizona, California, Colorado, Iowa, Illinois, Wyoming, Texas, and Ohio.

At the time of merging, ATLAS held just one California-based office in San Diego.  This new merger with Crippen & Associates provides an important expansion to ATLAS, both in reach and expertise.  Marysville and Colusa are small towns found approximately one hour north of Sacramento.  This provides ATLAS the opportunity to not only expand its overall presence in California, but more importantly, to reach a different region of California, and serve a different clientele in these farming communities.

Crippen & Associates will operate under the name ATLAS CPAs & Advisors, as they are now part of the ATLAS family of firms, managed by ATLAS Navigators LLC – the parent company over all ATLAS service lines.  These service lines include the ATLAS Accounting Solutions and CPA services, Investment Advisory, Human Resources, Information Technology (IT), Insurance, and Marketing.

ATLAS is an acronym for Advisors That Listen And Serve.
